Successful migration to Personal Information Profile (PIP)

La Trobe has successfully migrated to use the Personal Information Profile (PIP) with their Student One implementation. Zilly’s Emporium helped with the migration scripts to ensure all the custom user fields were updated to point to the PIP fields, anything that was updating the user fields were also updated to use the new fields. Zilly’s also helped with the implementation plan, hypercare and helped to have the business understand how to use PIP.

The usage of PIP also entails better visibility for both the international students and their visa requirements.
